CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for respecting the time and care that goes into each appointment at Wabi Sabi. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations often prevent another client from booking that time. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest’s appointment. Full service fees will still apply. A valid card on file is required to reserve appointments and may be charged in accordance with this policy. I understand that unexpected situations arise, and exceptions may be made at the discretion of Wabi Sabi in cases of illness, emergencies, or severe weather.
